The technology of desalination or concentration of aqueous solutions is achieved by applying pressure greater than the osmotic pressure of the solution on one side of the saltwater solution, allowing only water to pass through the reverse osmosis membrane, while ions and organic matter in the solution are concentrated on the raw water side.
The reverse osmosis membrane element is formed by folding the membrane into multiple membrane bags, which are wrapped around the central tube together with the concentrated water grid and fresh water grid. The membrane is composed of non-woven fabric, support layer, and desalination layer
Anti pollution reverse osmosis membrane components
Product Introduction:The anti pollution membrane element improves the cross-linking strength of the polyamide desalination layer, has a wider range of acid and alkali resistant cleaning, enhances the anti pollution ability of the membrane element, adopts a new trapezoidal inlet grid design, reduces the pressure difference of the membrane element, reduces the fouling of organic matter and colloids, and significantly improves the anti pollution ability of the membrane element
Application scope:Anti pollution reverse osmosis membrane elements are suitable for desalination treatment of complex water with salt content below 10000ppm, mainly used for micro polluted surface water, reclaimed water reuse, RO concentrated water, and zero discharge pre concentration.

Antioxidant reverse osmosis membrane element
Product Introduction:The antioxidant reverse osmosis membrane element is independently developed by Walton Technology. In response to the disadvantage of conventional reverse osmosis not being resistant to residual chlorine, a special synthesis process is adopted to increase the antioxidant activity of the membrane element and allow sodium hypochlorite to directly sterilize it.
Application scope:Low pressure reverse osmosis membrane components are suitable for micro polluted surface water, municipal sewage, industrial water reuse, electroplating wastewater and other water sources with high microbial pollution and salt content below 10000ppm.

Low pressure reverse osmosis membrane element
Product Introduction:Adopting a brand new low pressure difference 34mil inlet grid to improve the turbulent flow state of the membrane surface fluid, reduce the risk of colloid fouling, and decrease the frequency of cleaning. Improving the polyamide composite structure ensures both desalination rate and water flow rate, thereby reducing inlet pressure.
Application scope:Low pressure reverse osmosis membrane components are suitable for desalination water treatment systems such as surface water, tap water, groundwater, and reverse osmosis produced water with a salt content of less than 10000ppm. They are mainly used for industrial pure water, boiler make-up water, and drinking pure water of various scales.
